I thought fraud was a crime until I became a victim. Over the past four years I have begged and pleaded for the Attorney General, The Sheriff, and the head of FDEP law enforcement to investigate and prosecute white collar crime in Florida. After they refused I went to Governor Bush and he referred me to the State Attorney's Office.
The State Attorney's Office reviewed the case and said "they believed that fraud had been committed". When they prepared the Witness Affidavit why did they leave out the evidence? They knew the statue of limitations was going to expire. Did they intentionally leave the information out to protect the Attorney General who was running for governor? Why did they want to protect the criminal? Why did the Sheriff refuse to investigate this crime? When you call FDEP law enforcement the recording says "Lets Put Criminals In Jail". FDEP investigated and found 600 possible cases involving the criminal according to their investigator. Why did they stop the investigation? Did the Attorney General's Office ask them to stop? Why was the criminal allowed to continue to work in the environmental field? Why did the Attorney General agree to allow a criminal who plead guilty to nine counts of fraud have the court withhold adjudication in the case? No record! Why was he allowed to travel to Europe for vacation while on probation? The Attorney General constantly tells the public: I'm tough on crime, I protect the public. Go to
